Our high-density concrete is created on site in our dedicated workshop. We use locally carefully selected locally sourced recycled aggregates along with select specialist chemicals. Our unique mix is made using 91% recycled materials, diverting them from landfill along with reducing our CO2 emissions.

The Poured Project's concrete is naturally water and stain resistant and can withstand extreme temperatures. It can also be poured and cured at a depth of less than 10mm, which makes the design process extremely versatile and allows us to create an array of elegant forms. This is where our handcrafted moulds really come into their own - the result of many years experience in woodworking.

Our vast range of pigments means you can be as creative as you like with your colour palette, and all surfaces are sealed for extra protection. Our concrete offers a smooth finish without the need for polishing, but we can create a subtle etched effect if you're looking for a more textural, organic feel.

Due to the nature of our materials there can be shade differences with each individual pour.

How to clean our products and maintain.

We recommend that you use mild bathroom or kitchen cleaners that are non abrasive, spray and wipe down with a damp cloth or sponge. Remove all standing water, liquids and chemicals. If you do manage to damage 1 of our products please get in touch as we can send out repair kits or arrange a visit if you prefer. For the worktops we advise not to put hot pans/oven trays directly onto the top as this can weaken the lacquer which can’t always be repaired or removed. We strongly advise not to cut foods on the worktop surfaces as again this can damage the lacquer and lead to further problems along with damaging your knives.

Lead Times

For products that we have in stock we aim to dispatch on the next working day once payment has cleared, for products that need pouring you will receive your item within 3-4 weeks.

Our bespoke service does take longer, once templating has been taken or designs agreed upon we aim to deliver within 6-7 weeks, we also offer s deliver & installation service. We can work from your designs or design something for you.

Wall Mounting

The majority of our Basins can be wall mounted with brackets that fit in the recess of the basins, please specify this as not all pours are done with the recess, we can also supply brackets in a variety of sizes. The Basin needs to be attached to a brick wall or a section of reinforced stud wall, this can be reinforced with a piece of ply fixed to the studs, for further advice please speak to a builder or get in touch.

We offer 12 months warranty from the day of receiving the item, this doesn’t cover wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect installation by a 3rd party and any kind of modifications.

 As we are a small company we will aim to do our best to offer solutions and services for problems that may arise after the warranty has expired.
